The agreement

This website is operated by Patel KishanKumar SureshBhai, trading as Weekend Cart, with its place of business at C-402, Shiv Bhakti Apartment, Chikuwadi Road, Harinagar-3, Udhna, Surat, Gujarat, 394210, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "WeekendCart" mean the operator named above, and "you" means the person using the site.

By accessing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms are published as an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. They do not require a physical or digital signature.

Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 you may use the site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

This site sells and ships only within India. We do not currently accept international orders or ship outside India.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, particularly your delivery address and phone number. Orders that fail because the address was wrong are not our responsibility.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account.
• Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, for repeated non-acceptance of deliveries, or in breach of these terms.

How an order is formed

A product listing on this site is an invitation to offer, not an offer. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation for that order — not when you press pay and not when you receive the order acknowledgement.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, including where the item is out of stock, where the price or description was published in error, where we cannot deliver to your pincode, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• The total payable, including any delivery charge, is shown to you in full before you confirm payment. There are no hidden charges added afterwards.
• We do not charge any fee for choosing one payment method over another.
• Prices and offers can change at any time before you place an order. A change does not affect an order already placed.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price through a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour that price.
• A bill of supply is issued for every order and is available in your account.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines, charges and serviceability are set out in our Shipping policy. Cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Refund and cancellation policy. Both form part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.

Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Place orders that are fraudulent, speculative, or made with the intent to resell in breach of any applicable law.
• Use any automated system to scrape, copy or monitor the site, or to place orders.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any other user's account.
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harmful, including in product reviews and questions.
• Interfere with the operation of the site or introduce malicious code.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your association with any person or entity.

Reviews and content you submit

You may post reviews and questions provided the content is your own, is accurate, and does not breach the acceptable-use rules above. You keep ownership of what you post, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce it on this site.

We may decline to publish, or may remove, any submission that breaches these terms. We do not verify every review, and a review reflects the opinion of the person who wrote it, not ours.

Intellectual property

The design, layout, text, graphics, logos and software on this site are owned by or licensed to Patel KishanKumar SureshBhai, trading as Weekend Cart and are protected under Indian copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Product names, brand names and logos of the products we sell belong to their respective owners. They appear on this site solely to identify the goods being offered for sale, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement of us by those owners.

Third-party links and services

This site may link to third-party websites and relies on third-party services for payments, delivery and communications. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, their policies or their acts and omissions. Your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.

Liability

We take responsibility for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described, within the timelines we publish. Where we fail to do so, your remedies are the replacement, return and refund rights set out in our Refund and cancellation policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data — arising from your use of this site. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected by anything in these terms.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure results from an event beyond our reasonable control — including natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strike, fire, flood, failure of public infrastructure, government action, or failure of telecommunications or payment networks. Where such an event occurs, we will tell you and either extend the timeline or cancel and refund the order.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that governs that order. We will update the date at the top of this page whenever we make a change.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.

Please contact us first — most disputes are resolved quickly that way. Our Grievance Officer acknowledges every complaint within 48 hours and resolves it within one month.
